The business index contains facts about licensed businesses drawn from public records — state licence registers, corporate filings, Google Business Profiles, the Better Business Bureau, and businesses' own websites — each with its source and check date. It describes businesses, not consumers.

Our hosting infrastructure processes traffic to serve it (currently Railway Corp. for the plugin service and Vercel Inc. for the website). We do not sell or share personal data with anyone.
Server logs are kept up to 30 days, then deleted. Queries are not stored beyond those logs. Public-record business facts are retained and refreshed as part of the index.
