We report what public records say, with precedence given to authoritative sources (state registers first). Records can be wrong or stale at their source; where sources disagree, we show the disagreement rather than hide it. If a fact about your business is wrong, contact support and we will check it against the authoritative record.
Merchant Context does not guarantee rankings, recommendations, traffic, leads, or revenue — in any assistant or search engine. Business inclusion and ordering are derived from public evidence; payment never affects them.
Don't scrape, bulk-harvest, or resell the index; don't use the service to harass businesses or misrepresent them. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.
